Most community colleges have refresher courses,and many offer free tutoring. Though I'm not so sure about Universities--though I would ask my roomate for help or if he/she knows anybody good at the subject to ask them for me. Also, I found that if I pray and humble myself before a higher power before I do math, it always works-out to my favor--YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY THAT! Or, I suggest you take a math class online, or at a community college which should probably be a little easier; make sure the credit is transferable. And, work hard, math isn't easy.
